There are many people in our community who are involved in creating a better environment and lives for our young people. Yet, many of their actions go unnoticed. They do not receive much public recognition and their impacts as prevention activities are frequently understated. We are increasingly aware of the combined impact of multiple prevention activities in the lives of our youth. Priority One will record and recognize community actions of our youth, parents, other adults, local organizations, and our neighborhoods. Each prevention activity does have an impact. Priority One will track these actions and demonstrate their results in quantifiable terms.

Here are the forms for you to participate in Priority One:

Enrollment Form: This is a one-time only form! You may enroll as an individual or as an organizational member.

Impact Stock Report Form: This is for each activity you are registering to earn Priority One Impact Stock.

Application for a Priority One Event Number: This is to register an event you are hosting. You will receive an Event Number that will allow your participants to earn Impact Stock.

We will track community progress and provide reports to Priority One members. You will see how your efforts are contributing to our community's effectiveness to keep our youth drug-free. We will also keep track of your particular activities by the Impact Stock you earn. Recognition prizes will be awarded based on the Priority One Impact Stock earned.
